Mr Wayne Michael Carney - CEO - Australian born, now residing in Rockport, Texas. Skipper RYA (Royal Yachting Association), former Royal Australian Navy (RAN), former Royal Australian Naval Reserve Cadets (RANC) - Petty Officer Coxswain, former Lieutenant Commander ANC-Flotilla Commander, Australian Defence Medal (ADF). A former serving Police Officer in the Northern Territory Police Force (NT Australia). Over 38 years combined experience in Police, Defence, Security, Investigations and Business sectors. A current member of the Rockport Yacht Club and serving on the 2020 Board as Rear Commodore and Vice Commodore & 2022 Commodore. A proud sailor and boat owner and now a Permanent Resident homeowner in Rockport. Married to a wonderful Texas wife and has a lovely daughter aspiring to be a true Texan. We proudly support Soldier On and the Wounded Warrior programs and all Veterans.
Mr RG Martinez- Captain Game Warden (Retired) – Thirty-five (35) years Law Enforcement and Military experience to include Texas Parks and Wildlife, Texas Special Rangers, US Army Military Police and Corpus Christi Police Department. A keen and capable boat owner/operator and fisherman. Fluent Spanish Speaker.
Mrs Shannon Carney Bsc - Administration Manager - Current treasurer of the Rockport Yacht Club a Texas A&M Graduate and a former Sub Lieutenant Australian Navy Cadets ANC and Executive Officer XO Training ships. Shannon is a highly accomplished professional, with 26 years of Security and Criminal Justice experience in areas of Consultancy, Investigative, Case Assessments and Reporting both in Australia and USA. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science Psychology degree from Texas A&M University. Throughout her career Shannon has worked for Government organisations such as: Corrections Department, US Immigration and Border Control, as well as within Private Security and Investigations environments. Clinical Assessments for Psychological services, Investigations for Australian Insurance Companies, including Worker’s Compensation, Management of a Security Company, providing training and consulting services to Government and some of the largest Australian Corporations are some of the highly demanding duties and responsibilities performed by Shannon.
